Since the home study system was implemented to break the chain of the spread of the corona virus, students and lecturers have had new experiences. If they usually teach face to face, now they have to take advantage of existing technology. Like using the Zoom application, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Online lectures have been conducted since April 2020 until now due to the covid 19 pandemic, where currently students are more dominant in using the Microsoft Teams application to conduct lectures, because it is very compatible for students and lecturers. Althought it can be more flexible, the learning system in this way is considered to have several obstacles.
“I just feel less effective, because this online class requires a good internet network,” said one of the PTRP Undip Vocational School student, Nisrina Fadhilah Putri. For example, according to Nisrina, when classes are conducted through Microsoft Teams, the theory delivered, sometimes the reception is less than optimal in absorbing the lessons. Another problem that is quite important in online learning is internet quota, even though internet quota is given every month for studying, it is still lacking, because the duration of online lectures is quite long, draining the quota.
